I have combypen 60ml Ibuprofen 100 mg+Paracetamol 162.5 mg, my daughter is 2.9 year old and her weight is 10kg. how much dose should I give for viral fever.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. give 4 ml . keep temperature checking 6 hourly.. And give paracetamol drops / syp in proper dose.
Fevers higher than 104° F. should be attended to immediately.

as you have suggested 4ml should be given..
so,can I give remaining 1.5 ml now?
or should wait for another 3 hours (to complete 6hours)

keep baby well hydrated increase the water intake as water helps in maintaining body temperature
