I have changed my baby soap,after few days he got small red pimples around mouth.should I continue r stop using tht soap

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. red pimples around the mouth area, is the baby teething, and as because of drooling lot of saliva release, there could be rashes.. maintain hygiene.. also it may be baby skin is not comfortable with soap.. use product that baby is comfortable
