ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 6 years agoA. Belt should be started immediately after six to seven days till three months. I personally recommend to use cotton saree to tie Your abdomen. This is more comfortable and best effective. Its easy to work and move by this. You can see for the procedure to tie on you tube. It has good results. Try once. Much better than shape up and belts. It should be applied for day time and remove at night
