I have been regularly giving iron and multi vitamin supplement to my baby as per peaditeician recommendation. now my grand ma suggested to give brahmi granules (ayurvedic preparation)that can be mixed with hot milk for better brain development. can I give both vitamin supplement and brahmi granules simultenously
