Q.

I have been delivered to baby girl on 17 th sep 2021 through c section ....from then I am getting very little milk almost 2 to 3 spoons like that...I am very worried ...what to do?I am giving formula milk to my baby...can I give cow milk??

A. no cows milk give to formula milkFor further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

A. Hi mom. Cow milk is not recommended for the babies below one year. Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. Keep the baby head a bit elevated while feeding and put whole of the nipple and most of the aerola in the babies mouth so that baby latches easily. The more u feed the more milk production will be there.
