I have been delivered to baby girl on 17 th sep 2021 through c section ....from then I am getting very little milk almost 2 to 3 spoons like that...I am very worried ...what to do?I am giving formula milk to my baby...can I give cow milk??

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom. Cow milk is not recommended for the babies below one year.
Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. Keep the baby head a bit elevated while feeding and put whole of the nipple and most of the aerola in the babies mouth so that baby latches easily. The more u feed the more milk production will be there.
