I have been breastfeeding my son for a year now. he never took formula and never ever took bottle. now I want him to start taking cow milk he just never takes it. cries a lot and always wants to just take my feed. gets up in the night couple of times for the feed too. I am very very tired and worried about this transition. plz help

Hello mom this phase or as you said transition does take time , as since birth he is taking your feed and hence can be difficult , but you have to make up your milk and be firm in your decision otherwise once you give in to their demands it would get difficult. Try to offer in small quantities , his diet should now be almost all family foods . Try to add in flavours to the milk as well
