ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist4 years agoA. start with walking daily. do not bend forward while feeding your baby, take comfortable position/chair/pillow for breastfeeding. streching exercises, suryanamaskar help in relieving back pain. continue taking calcium supplements as long as you breastfeed. have some sunlight exposure daily along with balanced diet.
