I have attached a pick of pustule of my baby, he is now 11month old. kindly check & advice. what should I do?

Its puss Food infection you have to press it and take it out after that it is going to become clear and later after that you can apply beta Dean point meant on this and just cover it with a tape and cotton do it for 2 to 3 days it is going to settle down on its own this is very normal and common with kids during summer
