Q.

i have an issue of cracked nipples.. and there is alot of pain.. i m unable to breastfeeding my baby nipples have cracks and blood is coming... which painkillers should i take and also wound healing medicine

A. Rinse the breast after each feeding with water to reduce the risk of infection. Apply a cold pack to numb the injured area before nursing. Cold can help dull the pain. Rub a small amount of this Soframycin or nip care ointment on your nipples after every feeding.
