i have an issue from last month. I have blood spots on my nose not much but slightly. is it serious?

If you are facing this issue for last one month then maybe there is a possibility without an assessment it’s very difficult to give you any clear advice about it’s better to visit an ENT doctor to get yourself examined about what the situation is and how can you deal with it
