Q.

I have a six and a half month baby. I delivered normally but recently My bones are aching severely. Especially my knees, just feels lacking strength at times. Doctor had prescribed me calcium tshlets for six months but ibam still continuing as I am exclusively breastfeeding. Is it because of lack of calcium or some other reason.??

A. It’s a very common problem after delivery also I would recommend you to take Iron and a multivitamin and you should ask your doctor if you can start with vitamin D because sometimes this could be due to deficiency of vitamin D as well and consume high amount of protein
