Q.

I have a pcos and hypothyroid problem iam using some medicine is it save to give milk tomy son.the drugs are (Myo-inositol 600mg, metformin 500mg,meno help syrup,mekolip plus food supplement,norethisterone tab.

A. You should keep feeding the baby even if you are ill either suffering from fever, cough, diarrhea, or any other common illness. Nothing to worry. Just maintain good hygiene like washing of hands before handling the baby and cover your mouth if you have cold or cough. Otherwise keep feeding the baby without any doubt.

A. Since you are a lactating mother you must always consult with your gynecologist before consumption of any medicines because whatever you consume will directly affect the baby through your milk
