Q.

I have a milk blister that keeps reappearing and is painful while feeding. Had got an ultrasound done and there are no lumps or anything. I try to warm compress and express the milk out when milk lump forms but is there a permanent solution? Am exclusively breastfeeding #AskTheExpert

A. hi mom dont worry it will get better over the period of time apply coconut oil and see if there is any relief seek medical advise if need be
