A. Due to your weight you are having pain in joints knees etc. it’s easy to put on weight specially after delivery but it is a bit difficult to reduce to be honest. But it’s not impossible. All you have to do is regular exercise, yoga walking etc. and watch your intake. Don’t have fried and junk. You will be fine.

A. Hello momma, it's common after delivery Try some slow wall sliding exercises it might give instant relief and it's good in the long run to your health. Go for a warm compress too that can help you relax. Don't carry baby in one hand. Go for a oil massage. It is alos good. Take good rest. This is very important Continue with your iron and calcium supplements. Avoid cold water baths and avoid to take cold foods. Sit comfortably with pillows and cushions. Avoid heels and go for flats.
