I have a gastric issue now I drink eno still I don't get relax what should I do

A. Give it some time and then take a pill like pantocid or pan 40 or Pan D or whatever gas tablets are available to you. Drink as much as water you can. You can also try Pudin Hara tabs which has been very helpful to me in my case

You should try to make sure that instead of taking this you should take some Ajay wine and rock salt or you can also make sure that you are taking black salt and ajivine n mixed together with some lukewarm water which will be good for you to get rid of the trouble
