i have a daughter of 3 yrs she wakes up at night to have milk n her sleep gets disturbed kindly suggest solution

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. Usually in this age kids sleep throughout the night without waking up even once if your child is constantly waking up or waking up once or twice to have milk then instead of giving milk replace it with water and see if that helps
