Q.
I have a baby of 3 months now i am feeling that my nipples became tight and having mild pain in nipples. pls advice solution of this problem.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Between feeds try applying cold compress on the paining area. It will reduce the discomfort. Alternatively try applying pure coconut oil. Clean it up well before you breastfeed your baby the next time. If you are still concerned better consult your doctor for further advice.
