A. please see endocrinologist before starting treatment. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok

A. Yes if your doctor has suggested you that must be as per the report so that is totally fine and the doctor suggest on the basis of their knowledge and on the report so that is totally fine for you to take as of now
