I have a 9 month old daughter who has a lot of cold since last 10 to 12 days and I am giving her this medicine from last 10 to 12 days which I pin here. But it is not working, then someone tell me what should I do?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever. Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants . steam inhalation would be beneficial . Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptomgs .
