I have a 7th month baby girl.Please tell me what are the foods I have to feed my baby and cow milk good for baby or not at this time.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. You should give your baby only breast milk or iron-fortified formula during the first 12 months of life, not cow's milk. Starting at age 6 months, you may add solid foods to your baby's diet.
