I have a 7 weeks old boy and he had his 6 weeks vaccination done ok Tuesday 4th May. It's more than 48 hrs and his temp is coming as 99.1 (armpit). is there anything to worry and what should be considered as fever for armpit temp?

A. After vaccination Sometimes children have mild reactions from shots, such as pain at the injection site, a rash, or a fever. These reactions are normal and will soon go away.
