I have a 5montg old daughter . kindly advice can I take mama apple cider vinegar for my belly and loose weight.if yes how to take .as I m working so I do breastfeed to my baby every day eveing

chitra bhansaliMom of a 9 yr 8 m old boy8 years agoA. A. Hi dear, I have lost all my pregnancy weight in 9 months and infact now I am toning up my body. Few things I have taken care of and is taking care of till now: 1. I was on the diet regime from day 10 of my delivery. Avoided all the oil and ghee related food. 2. I started of with the dietician on the 3rd month post delivery and yoga and exercise regime on daily basis. 3. Also I am taking the ACV of mamaearth every morning, and I think it is also helping me lose my weight. I know being new mom is a difficult task but taking for yourself is equally important. Wish you all the luc But make sure if you are breastfeeding, then it is advised u consult doc then take it as per the precautionary advise on the bottle
