I have a 4year old baby girl she don't eat any thing only drinks milk what should I do

Would recommend you to get the haemoglobin levels tested for the child as they may not be appropriate as they’re supposed to be and sometimes I can actually of a lead to loss of appetite with a lot of kids this is going to be very helpful in figuring out the right issue
