Q.

I have a 45 day old baby.Breastfeeding is painful for me.Both my nipples get sore and there is pain in the area around the nipples too.I try my best to give the baby a good latch but it is still painful.What can be done.Baby refuses expressed milk so need to breastfeed only.

A. according to the symptoms here it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be helpful for the doctor to to find out the the treatment for further management consult dr.

A. You Start doing hot compress that is going to give in east to you it would be better that way also if there is too much of pain or cracked then you can apply coconut oil to hear that and sometimes due to nerve related issues also you can feel pain so you can consult your gynaecologist and if required you can use a nipple shield also to feed your child

Q.
