Q.

I have a 4 year daughter. Keen to know that what food should I give her to fullfil her daily protein and calcium needs.

A. Dear mum, for fulfilling the protein needs, you can give eggs. You should give variety of pulses and legumes. For calcium, you should give 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You should give nuts like almonds and green leafy vegetables.
