I have a 4 month old baby boy. He cries before urinating. And he urinates very little. So what should I do?

What is the frequency of urine is the urine happening very quickly in small spine of time but or otherwise if your child is passing less urine but taking a proper time because of the frequency is also less with the symptoms that you have given it associated with urine infection also
