I have a 3 year old son. He gets nausea and vomiting while we are travelling by car. What medicine should I give him to prevent this from happening?

A. Ondem keep the tongue of your child 10 minutes before you start medicine so that it’s going to melt down on its own only other than that also going to give water to keep the glass open for fresh air for your child
