I have a 14 month old baby.Recently I took covid vaccine and I got fever due to vaccination,is it ok to breastfeed my baby during fever?

have paracetamol twice a day.
start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.. for both of you
