i have a 11years babies I will taken months tablet non pregnant tablet,it's good for body and our babies

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well you should take any such thing after doctor advice only. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stressCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
