I have 5 months old baby boy, while he doing poop some times some blood slime motion will happen wat is the reason behind this it is anything series

When Child has an infection in the gut then a lot of times you can see that the child will be having blood into the motion so I think the best way as of now to go ahead with it is to consult your doctor because the doctor would be able to advise you with the right course of antibiotics that you should be giving to the child as of now
