i have 4and 29 days old baby boy due to lack of milk i started feeding him for last one week he didn't poop regularly when he poop it's very tight what can i do for this

Formula milk causes constipation
So it should be given if and only if your BM.supply is not good enough
You may take leptadene tablets twice a day with glass of milk daily for four weeks.
Take sunbath daily
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Take more probiotics millets and citrus fruits.
please improve your BM and try to give her BM only.
