I have 40 days baby and tdy i got chicken pox will my baby get affected what are the things I shld follow plz help

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. you can continue breast feeding your baby with proper precautions like You wear a mask to prevent spread from sneezing and coughs and maintain hand hygiene, and should be avoid feeding is vesicals are present on breast areaola.

U Cannot go close to your child you cannot feed your child because if you try then your child will also get chickenpox from you because it is a contagious issue for a person who has never had it and in this case your child has never had chickenpox it’s a newborn baby so please tell me from the child till the time we do not become completely fine
