Q.
I have 4 months old baby , my Son didn't poop for 6 days we used dulcoflex 5mg suppository as per doctor's advice , he passed stool within 15 minutes of use but few hours later der was sticky red discharge in his pamper along with some amount of poop ? is it to worry ?

please give only breastmilk till completion of six months.
feed more frequently for adequate hydration.
mother should strictly avoid spicy and oily food and stay hydrated

So Please get a stool test done for your child because I feel your child is having a stomach infection blood and stickiness together can very well indicate a stomach infection only so consult your paediatrician if required go for a stool test and a course of antibiotics accordingly
