i have 4 month baby, can breastfeeding mother take ashwagandha tablet?

Dt. Megha GuptaGuardian of a 9 yr 2 m old girl5 years agoA. Hello, dear yes u can take ashwagandha tablet. There is no restriction as such in diet. Take small frequent meals, good amount of salads, plenty of fluids to ensure good breastmilk production.
