Q.

I have 4 mnths baby girl last I saw some spotting and today again it was spotted I got fever for 3 days should I consider this as period

A. Yes you may have started with your regular period initially some can have abnormal cycle and abnormal period but as the time is going to progress it will get better you should monitor for first six months if there is an issue please consult your gynaecologist
