Q.
I have 3 days old baby delivery via c-section. from yesterday my breast become so hard and painfull. milk is also overflowing. what can i do to get relief from this problem.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it is very important to feed this milk for babies is very good source of colostrum and having lot of immunoglobulins for to the baby please feed the baby put hot fomentation for relief of pain

When you have such a good milk then you can do two things you can either express pump your extra milk and store it for feeding your child with bottle later on otherwise you can do hot compress that will help in settling down the pain that you are feeling into the breast because that is due to too much of milk into the breast
