I have 25 days old baby, for lactation purpose daily use Fenreek-L(fenugreek seed extract,milk thistle extract, fennel seed extract and docosahexaenic acid tablets) tablets, without taking these medicine milk production reduce, any side effects of these medicine while useing please suggest me

A. hi sorry ,I don't have any information regarding this but here to increase your breastmilk supply,I suggest some tips which may help: take healthy and well balanced diet. keep your body well hydrated. offer plenty of feeds because the more your child latches,the more milk is produced. massage your breasts with coconut oil. take leptadine tablets or shatavary granules with warm milk to increase your breastmilk supply. stay stress free.
