I have 23 days old baby, his urine colour is black.. he is takeing medicine vitamin D and A-Z vitamins.. does this make colour yellow or something else

Urine Colour is usually not black because of any of the medicines it can just change the tool colour for a child but not urine colour is the colour change into black it could be due to any reason it would be better that you want to get a check with your doctor that only you can be more sure about it
