I have 20 days new born boy I feel my baby feeling low while sleeping it this nature ?

what do you mean by feeling low.is he not able to sleep or is too sleepy.less sleep is due to inadequate feeding or gas in tummy or nose bolck and too much sleeping can be due to cold and inadequate feeding
