I have 2 sons. my second son is 1 year and 8 months old. lately, I have been feeling so frustrated and irritated with my condition. some of my friends suggested that it happened due to a lack of calcium and magnesium. Kindly give me your valuable advice.

A. see a clinical psychologist ok. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
