i have 2 months old baby boy....he is going runny and seedy stool after every feed...and also releasing gas frequently.....is he having any problem.....??? kindly answer me....

Increase the number of feeds to maintain hydration and nutrition in your child. Maintain a good personal hygiene for your child. It is advisable to get your baby personally examined by your doctor and seek further advice. Good luck and take care.
