Q.
i have 2 and half year old boy, he has not yet talking and not mingle kids also, he used to speak 2 letter words when he was 1year then he got dengue fever with sizers gradually he stopped speaking words, he addicted mobile also, when we went hospital doctors said he has autism features , gave one tonic and said join play school immediately, after 2months there is no improvement we will give some therapies, what can I do from myself, i can't digest

A. Hi,
One thing I got a lot of help from was eliminating the screen time of the kid, and eventually my son started picking words on his own.
Most of the kids are having speech delays now a days.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. it is important to meet the doctor to get the child examined. milestones assessment of the child needs to be done which will tell whether the cshild is having any development delay or not.
the child will be assessed for four major milestones that is gross motsor fine motor social and language.
