Q.

I have 19month old twin boys. one of my babies have started talking calling mama papa. showing his head, nose etc but the other one hardly says anything. he is always busy playing. is there any thing to b worried about?

A. Speech is very important milestone every parent wait for it desperately, At age of 1 year child talks 3 to 5 meaningful words,and 3 years baby started framing sentence, If not so must consult physically with ent specialist for hearing assessment and neurologist for neurodevelopment.
