A. pills and injections have lots of side effects as they all are hormones....either opt for short-term contraceptive as condoms or long run intra uterine contraceptive methods as cuT insertion etc

A. Hello dear parent! Avoid self medication. It is advisable to consult your gynaecologist for safe contraceptive measures. Consult your doctor and clarify all your concerns. Follow your doctor’s instructions diligently. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day. Good luck and take care.
