Q.
I have 1 month baby girl.........I think she having less milk...........how to increase breast milk and I am taking leptaden tablets for twice

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Use a breast pump to pump out milk between and after feeding and this helps to increase breast milk production. Check #Babyhug Manual Breast Pump With 2 Suction Modes : It is BPA free. It has a compact design and so it is easy to carry. It's adjustable pumping imitates baby's sucking pattern.

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. If the baby is passing urine atleast 6-8 times in 24 hours, then she is getting enough milk. Try to feed the baby more frequently as more the demand, the supply will be more. Breast compressions help. Massage breasts before feeding. Eat a bowl full of oats. Include fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds and fennel seeds in your diet. Drink lots of water. Do not take stress. Eat Sabudana and drink milk. Sleep more.
