I have 1 month baby boy can I feed my baby in sleeping position.....is it safe at night

Feeding a baby while they are asleep increases the risk of choking, ear infections, and aspiration pneumonia. It is safer to feed your baby in an upright or semi-upright position to ensure proper swallowing and digestion.
