I hav consulted a doctor he told that baby should be given a uv ray therapy for 2day is it really needed or there is any other treatment I can go for and also is it a serious issue please guide

A. thank you for reaching out to us with this this question is this for my jaundice that you are talking about phototherapy because that is something that is needed depending upon the level of Jaundice present in newborn babies jaundice in newborn babies is absolutely normal and is quickly cure during phototherapy if it is a little accessories and if it is low then just natural sunlight exposure to natural sunlight that is in direct exposure will help cure jaundice
