Q.
I hav 13 months old baby...she is passing hard stools after switching from formula to aavin milk.. docter has given lactulose solution bcoz she has constipation issue from past of 2 week.is diz solution is safe..??in hav given laxatives too but docter said lactulosesolution is safer then laxatives.

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 13 months old now to help stool passage give plenty of fluids including milk and include seasonal fruits and vegetables in diet avoid maida products like biscuits and keep baby physically active
