A. Norfloxacin, the active ingredient in Norflox TZ, is known to pass into breast milk. It is generally recommended to avoid breastfeeding while taking this medication and for at least 24-48 hours after the last dose. However, it is important to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice based on your specific situation and the medication dose you took. They can provide guidance on when it is safe to resume breastfeeding.
