Q.
I had taken Cabgolin 0.5mg to stop breastfeeding because of nipple cracks for a long time and wounds n pus too.. now it's been 24hrs since I finished the 2 day, 1-0-1 course of cabgolin tabs. I am not engorged and the pains are starting.. can I now feed my baby? is it going to be risky ? or will it be fine ? I am worried and scared to feed him. also, scared for myself having gone thru a lot of pain recently. my baby is a year old now. kindly let me know. worried :(

always apply breastmilk over nipples before feeding sessions and use nipcare after every feeding sessions.
eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good evening if you are having so much of pain I would not recommend you to feed the baby otherwise it will pain you can give the baby normal top milk at avoid giving your own milk to a child
